Attorney Christopher A. Reed joined the Law Offices of Brian D. Lerner, APC as an associate attorney in 2005. Since that time, he has successfully represented individuals in deportation and removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Reed also has extensive experience in family-based and employment-based immigration, representing Clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and U.S. Embassies and Consulates.
Mr. Reed is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Reed is a member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Mr. Reed earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California Irvine in 2001 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2004.
Mr. Reed is fluent in Spanish.
