Border Patrol Agents Intercept 23 Undocumented Individuals on Beach in Carlsbad

Author: On 8/21/09 CBP apprehended 23 Mexican nationals who illegally reached the San Diego coastline by sea. They were taken into Border Patrol custody and sent to a Border Patrol station for processing.
