We were met with the same team the following day, at the time they selected and directed us to be present, of which i asked professionaly and diligently that all items werte in "good standing" and that the word behind the Homeland Security special cases counter was in fact true and spoken with honesty, and of which i was assured by them that no issues were present and card will be issued. we arrived and within three minutes my partner was takern down to the ground by force, placed on hands and knees by three officers entering special cases unit from the public entry off the cooridoor and immediately placed in hand and leg schackles, taken to lower level basement, interogated, and then with no documentation, no signed affidavit of acceptance he was bussed immediately to the Mexican Boarder of TJ at San Diego. He was verbally instructed he had been placed under 10 year hold and not to re-enter the US. He has re-entered the US currently, we have a large current mortgage fraud case in Appeal, 2d District, Los Angeles from dismissed case civil BC424242 where John C. Torjensen has been representing our case upon where my partner and I were the victims of a very substatial mortgager and property title fraud, eviction, and the cash amount of loss at 3.5 million dollars in several substantial real estate development ventures where we aquired large equity and had been defrauded, knowingly and willingly by several banking, real estate and mortgage brokers in the Southern California region. My partner was evicted from his residence where he legally worked and lived in Lynwood for 38 continous years. married for 35 years, four children, four grand children and the main provider for his legal and currently housed in a garage with his family in Lynwood, under a very heavy burden and of massive confussion and complete confidence where this issue has been a large mistake in the overall recview of his file, without question. Our civil case will be in trial in the near future, 6 months or so and he is seeking any type of assistance you could provide for us, as we know that if he is intercepted by INS, they more than likely will 10 year hold him or other directives where we want to solve the issues now and begin preparing for our civil proceeding and trial which is currently an unscheduled event at Appeal or Superior Court, Central Division, cased number BC424242, 111 Hill Street, Los Angeles CA. He had several items of 20 year past history where all issues were completed and he in good standing, Rosenburg was his Immigration representative along this time. Currently, Ramiro is valid status by DMV, social security and all criminal warrants or wants are in a no issue position. His living status is glim, his family is housed in a garage in Lynwood, his wife is very sick with 500 count diabetic condition, no income to speak of and soon the environment will remove himself into a federal institution where the City of Lynwood has a very large problem with County law enforcemnt and the violation of ones constitutional rights in a severe way, on a continous daily basis, night and day, seven days a week. We are of respectable character, my reputation is outstanding and of excellent character and person, and where i can seriously inform you that a major violation has been leveraged upon my partner and of no fault of his. One week after his deportation hisd family was evicted in a mortgage forcl;osure suit, and sent immediately into the streets of Atlantioc and Imperial Highway, while he remained outside for over one year but currently now in the United States and we are not good with this issue and want corrective or temporary relief at least up and through the final outcome of our civil proceedings, valued at 3 million in holdings, all debt free and under title of which is currwently not clean and revealing his name on the existing title currently. Please can you make at the bare least several recomendations or verify his status in the eyes of the Immigration representatives and the Federal Government on his standings. We have come a long way in our basttles and we have continued to keep on track and continue to each next level, one by one. He needs serious time to prepare his wife and himself for his and hers deposition and witness testimony etc in our current civil matter and they have very low level education where this next round and this issue with his imigration is just way to much of a burden upon themselves and slowly to be seen as an impossible task to make it to the finish line when we are on the five yard line, with a possible serious immigration consequence that could end everything for everyone if left of non responsive matter;.
